The Pacific Remote Islands Coalitionʻs mission is to protect the cultural, natural, and historical legacy of these special islands, atolls, and reefs. Its diverse network includes elders, fishers, educators, cultural practitioners, non-profits, community groups, scientists, religious organizations, veterans, and many others across the Pacific and beyond.

OBJECTIVE: Increase awareness about PRI to expand its marine protections

RESULTS: We led their digital campaign to successfully expand the protections of these pristine places during its proposed sanctuary designation by curating educational content from case studies, showcasing the interconnectivity of these regions to other oceans, sharing local narratives, broadcasting news, guiding instruction on how to help, and highlighting the natural beauty.
