I would like to speak on traits that have stood out to me as Jackie's manager and colleague, which reflect on her ability to be an exceptional leader and successful human being.
First, I would like to highlight her ability to represent successful luxury brands. Jackie had the task of managing the lifestyle events, social events, social media accounts, and culture for multi-million dollar properties of companies such as Crescent Heights, Related, Equity Residential, and UDR. Matching and exceeding brand standards for each of these properties requires an individual with a high level of emotional intelligence and a thorough understanding of successful branding. She had high praise from her clients throughout her time at these properties and seamlessly represented and rotated through different brands on a daily basis.
Second, Jackie is an exceptionally hard worker. She consistently comes in off the clock to do extra work to get the job done and improve on her skills. She is the type of person who should be on a salary due to the fact that she is not a "clock puncher" and is willing to do whatever it takes. I have personally witnessed her put in 16-18 hour work-days without a single complaint.
Third, she is an outstanding communicator. During her interview for her role as a Fitness Lifestyle Marketing Coordinator for us, I mentioned to Jackie that we were looking to create more connections with our surrounding community to connect our clients to great products and services. Not only did Jackie come up with several ideas on the spot, but she executed on those ideas as the year progressed. She has a knack of connecting with people and bringing them together. She is simply a pleasure to be around. It is a simple, yet, rare characteristic.
Finally, I would like to speak on her physical fitness. Jackie both looks the part and can walk-the-walk in the fitness/service industry. She is both strong and in good cardiovascular condition. She skateboards to and from work across the entire city multiple times per day (rain or shine), teaches bootcamps, holds personal training consultations, and manages fitness floors all on a daily basis. She is very well-rounded in her pursuit of peak physical performance as shown in her passion for optimal nutrition and as many physical disciplines as she can pursue. I have found her to be a quick and diligent learner in any new movement patterns or techniques she is exposed to.
